The Committee of the Canberra Japan Club invites members to review the Proposed Rules of the Club as attached below which will be voted on as a Special Resolution at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Saturday 24th October 2026 at 9:30am at Alfred Deakin High School.
In addition to a copy of the current draft of the Proposed Rules which will become current after being passed, a summary of the changes (in English and Japanese) is provided as a convenience to members. This summary is for your information only and does not form part of the rules.
Notice of the AGM was sent to active members by post on 14th September 2026.
